Each of the principles of Assurance Escrow Services, LLC Michelle Zitterbart and David Zitterbart, have decades of experience as title insurance producers, licensed settlement agents, and escrow officers. For several years they were also enforcement officers with the Maryland Insurance Administration’s title insurance producer enforcement unit. Prior to joining Assurance, Mr. Zitterbart also served as the Chief Enforcement Officer for the title insurance producer enforcement unit for the Maryland Insurance Administration.
